All product prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes in accordance with prevailing laws. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order under circumstances deemed appropriate. All payments must be made through secure payment gateways integrated with the website. The Company does not store any sensitive payment information and disclaims liability arising from third-party gateway misuse or delays.
Perfume products are classified as personal and cosmetic items, and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of receipt of damaged or incorrect items. In such cases, the customer must notify the Company within three (3) days of delivery along with photographic proof. The Company reserves the right to evaluate and offer a replacement or credit as deemed fit.
Products are shipped across India via certified courier partners. The Company endeavors to dispatch all confirmed orders within a reasonable timeframe, typically between three to seven business days. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on location or force majeure events.
All proprietary content including trademarks, text, images, product descriptions, and website design belong exclusively to Bliss Luxury Perfumes and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Any unauthorized reproduction, use, or misrepresentation of the brand or its assets shall result in appropriate legal action.
The Company shall not be held liable for any skin sensitivity, allergic reaction, or adverse effect arising from the use of products. Customers are advised to review the ingredient list provided and conduct a patch test before full application. The Company also disclaims liability for any delay, inaccuracy, or disruption arising from technological errors or third-party services.
